Clear communication and follow-up from recruiter made for an easy experience - I was never left hanging. There are multiple phases of interviews, first with recruiter, then with hiring manager, then with other employees. I dropped out after scheduling an interview with the hiring manager because 10 days of vacation/year did not meet my expectations.

There were several rounds of interviews. The first was a half hour with HR, then a half hour with the team lead, then over a full day a presentation and interviews with the team and stakeholders.
