There are 2 rounds of interview, the first round conducted with line manager, the second round conducted with managing director. The interviewers were friendly, the managing director’s question mainly focus on problem solving ability, e.g. what is the biggest challenge in your previous job experiences and how you tackle it.

The HR would send an application form thru mail. The first round interview was arranged on Google Meet. In most cases the Managing Director would meet up with you. The entire process might take about 30 minutes.
