I had several phone screens and a few onsite interviews. The team was extremely accommodating to my schedule as I was working at the time. I was impressed by the amazing culture and team - everyone I met had the same things to say about how fantastic the organization is, the focus on culture and values and the growth potential.

Most questions centered around past experiences, successes and failures, lessons learned, etc. While the questions are not difficult necessarily, the process is extremely thorough. Integrity and transparency are paramount, and we do have a rigorous reference check process as well. Expect discuss first jobs (not just current role) in the interview and expect many follow-up questions throughout the process.
