I completed an application on-line with a personality and skills test included. I was called about two weeks later by the district manager to schedule an interview. I completed 1:1 interview, it only took about 20 minutes. During the interview, I reviewed my past employment, had to role play selling a phone. He took a copy of my drivers license at that point. He told me he would be in contact. About a week later he asked if I could meet with him again, he offered the job pending a background check. I received a call about three days later and was told I passed my background check. I had to log on to fill out a second application and some other information. I started working two days later.

There was not a lot of consistency and probably could have been more in depth.

My District Leader scheduled me a phone interview with the RVP. At the time I was an AGM. Once on the phone, RVP asked me a series of questions. My DM followed up on asking how it went. At that time the process of giving me a store, I was placed as an AGM in a location for approx a month before an offer and position was offered.
Simple process that was conducted by the Store Manager and District Manager, experienced needed and all face to face interactions. Process took about three to four weeks after everything was processed and completed.
