Applied on LinkedIn, after which got a call seeking information on my current job.
F2F discussion with the Director of the company. Thereafter, a call from the COO regarding the offer.
The process was very simple.

My work at the previous company. Questions on statistical concepts
Was Interviewed Initially by company's senior Statistician. Asked me about my current job, its nature. Theoretical Knowledge of Statistics.
Later had a meeting with the chief statistician. She was very polite and friendly. Asked basic knowledge in statistics and R . Gave some business problem situations and asked for my opinion. Thats it.
Finaly got a call of confirmation from HR.

Easy Interview, The chief Consultant called after 2 weeks of application, before that she mail me confirming that they received my resume and want to have a chat. The interview was scheduled on Saturday.
