1. Meeting schedule on 3-3:30pm but started on 3:30pm, halfway interview the director (?) ask me be fast cause she have another meeting later. Come on y’all are the one who late first. 2. The whole interview process makes me feel like Raduga never respect their interviewee. I’m not bluffing you can check reviews from other interviewees. 3. They will ask you to place your belongings outside. Like very afraid people record what they say and how they treat their candidate. 4. Ask about your CGPA where you can get it in the resume. 5. At the end of the interview they will just let you know the highest offer they can provide to you, see whether you want to accept it or not. Definitely they will offer you an extremely low number, so just put a higher number when you fill the expected salary in the job application form. Conclusion: The interview process itself already makes me feel so uncomfortable. Not sure how the existing staff survive. Avoid local SME. I was given a case study at the end of the interview. I was nervous, however, I listened intently and took time to do some calculations. Once time was up, I answered confidently. Unfortunately, my answer did not meet the expectations the interviewer had. Nevertheless, the interviewer took time to explain everything.
