Colloquio
The interview process consisted from 4 stages:
1) interview with tech lead via Skype
2) coding test (4 coding tasks)
3) interview with 2 senior devs via Skype
4) interview with head of development via Skype
Interviewing process was smooth without unreasonable delays. The company seems to be a mix of everything with new technologies and lots of obsolete ones. In general I've got positive impression, but the compensation was too low (1/3 less of my expectations) so I rejected the offer

1) Write a isBalanced(str) function which checks if parenthesis in input string are balanced
2) Simple task on events in C#
3) Write a function which reverses the characters in each word in the sentence, while keeping the same order of words.
4) Refactoring task of medium complexity

Colloquio
The interview process consisted of 5 parts:
1) interview with HR
2) Interview with 2 Project Managers and HR
3) Online technical test of 2 hours
4) Review of technical test with software developer, Managers and HR.
5) HR call for offered salary
Very positive Interview experience, friendly talk.
I passed all interview and was selected by the company.
I Reject the offer because of salary.
