The head of this school was incompetent and obviously knew nothing about education. He asked unprofessional questions and clearly viewed teaching as a glorified babysitting job with the main purpose of pleasing parents.

We discussed my experience, my educational philosophy, and after detailing how I structure typical lessons, i had a chance to ask about the school and the community.
