Interview process was straightforward and consisted of four rounds. First round was a phone screen with HR. Second round was a MS Teams interview with a senior member of the firm discussing the role. Third round was another MS Teams interview with an executive vice president of the firm further discussing the role. Last round was an in-person interview. The in-person interview was half a day and consisted of three back-to-back interviews with different people in the office, followed by lunch. Overall, I felt each round was very conversational. Everyone was extremely nice, easy to talk to and passionate about their jobs and the firm.
