I was having a very wrong image of the company’s testing strategy, so I was quite worried. I hope after my experience it is not the case with you all. The process started with an online test consisting of general aptitude questions, reasoning stuff, and some English material that I found quite easy. Then comes something special about Capgemini, after that test ended we need to be right at our place for an essay writing test. Yes! you read it right;-} we need to write an essay of about 150–200 words about the picture that was shown to us. After that test, a shortlisting happened and only those who qualified were to give the next test, i.e., Pseudocode round in which some questions of java were there. Lucky me, I cleared all the rounds and was shortlisted for the interview, which was on the next day. We gathered in the interview section of my college which is really beautiful, but at that Time it was nervousness that looked all around in everyone.
