Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. As occasionally happens in business, it sounds like we may have executed a search, and then things took unexpected turns, which is challenging for us all. We do our best to keep candidates updated during the process, unless something, e.g. confidentiality, prevents us from doing so. A week to ten days may not feel long to us but we understand that it can be for candidates, so we’ve been trying to give quicker, more frequent updates in 2017 - thanks in part to open feedback from applicants. Again, we appreciate you took the time to share your thoughts, we always endeavor to act on shared feedback and improve our services for candidates and employees alike.
