Scenario Questions and you answer what you would do in the situation. Also, Short and Long Term Life Questions about where you see yourself in "x" amount of months or years...etc. Fairly easy interview

The process was friendlier than I expected while we talked mostly about the skills that I possessed and what would my contribution to the company be. Overall the experience though me a lot about how to present one self in a formal setting.
