Colloquio
It was a hiring fair for a new opening Canes at a hotel near the location. To my surprise, it was full of young high school students. I waited about 3 hours before we were called up in groups of 16. They split the cattle further into groups of 4. Each group rotated interviewers where we were asked a series of questions. One of the interviews informed us that they had 600 applications to review and they would only be hiring about 60. They told us if we didn't get a call by the following week then we know we didn't get the job. After that they let us go.

Applied online. Then was sent a 100 question survey/personality test and was fast tracked to the final interview with owner. Mainly asked questions pertaining to availability and genuinely wanted to get to know me
The interview process was very easy and quick. I applied online from the Raising Canes’ website. However, there is a pretty lengthy survey before scheduling an interview. The interview itself was short and questions were broad.
