After a briefly screening interview they send you an assessment. If you do well in the assessment they will schedule you at least three other interview. All the people that works at Canes are very friendly so they are looking for fun, engaging and dedicated managers to join the team. I enjoyed the process.

3 stage, first is a phone interview. The second was in person with the area leader. Third was with the Region VP. All were very personable and ensured the process was as comfortable as possible
