Recruiter invited me to apply. I didn't seek them out. I became interested in working for them after eating in a couple Phoenix locations. I knew I could bring more to the table, then what I saw. Manager cussing at employees, dropping the f-bomb etc. I also ate at one in Louisiana in which the manager as well as employees were playing more on cell phones then working. Phone interview was 5 minutes. Questions were generic. I would try to add more to answers and branch out about myself and would be talked over each time. Was then told to take assessment and I would be contacted after that. Received an email of not being qualified! They know nothing of what qualified is!!Get this! I saw the email after I did the assessment. It was received before the testing!!! WOW! Raising Canes is that good. They can tell in 5 minutes you are not qualified over the phone! Their philosophy to do one thing better than anyone else. Well its not hiring qualified candidates. I'm a professional I take my job seriously and whomever I work for I deliver because that's what they pay for. Raising Canes hiring process is one the worst I have ever experienced. Totally unprofessional from the get go.

It was relatively short. They seemed to be looking for someone to work 60 hours a week on a lower salary. It might possibly have been the interviewer's first interviews given as she seemed to read off a cue card.
