it was a virtual interview. I answer the question s. the interviewer was young. I am in my fifties. with about 15 years experience as a manager at a restaurant. she kept asking me if I have transportation what hours I could work. I told her I had transportation I could work any hours. and that I was just about 5 minutes from canes. . 10 minutes after the interview. I was turned down. my son's friend which is 22 years old. no experiences and manager at all. was offered a manager's job. and he only lasted 2 months.

The interview process is straight forward. The first interview is virtual.The second interview is in person. I would suggest being prepared for a variety of interview questions that express you you are as a person as well as a teammate in the work place.
