First interviewed with hr representative for a pre screening interview. Then interviewed with Area director. After that interviewed with the regional director, then they brought you to a restaurant to complete a day in the life. It was about a 5 hour process where you worked side by side with a General Manager and saw how they operate.

There were at least 2 rounds of interviews, the first one being with a district HR, and the second one with the General Manager. The questions were pretty basic. The HR was 15 minutes late for the call.
