I had a pretty strange interview process. I made it through 3 interviews and everything seemed promising. The next interview was better than the previous. The last interview they asked me last minute to meet after work hours (5:30pm) because someone was going on vacation and they wanted to get me in before. I was very excited about the opportunity, so I agreed . I have two young children that were at home that evening and interrupted me at one point. From there the gentlemen got pretty cold But he still ended the interview like he was interested and he’d be in touch with next steps. From there crickets. Then about 30 days later, A recruiter reached out to me about this very same position, saying I’d be a great fit. I took the meeting with the recruiter and explain to her what happened. She told me she’d look into it. She came back to me and said the notes were the interview seemed “too casual”.
