RSL works with clients with highly specialized requirements, so hiring for these positions is always a challenge. We need people with deep technical expertise in Android/iOS, good analytical skills, and have a highly disciplined, process oriented approach to problem solving. We test logical/analytical skills using very simple questions: Fizz-Buzz, Leap-Year, 2nd largest number, and questions of that nature. But we are expecting candidates to answer these simple questions perfectly, validate their answers with good test cases, etc. If you have prior experience in an area, we tend to dig deeper into these areas as well. We are not just looking for the right answer, we are looking for the "why" and the "how" behind that solution as well.
