Initial phone chat with the Managing Director followed by a face-to-face interview with the hiring managers. The interview process was instant but took them 4-5 weeks to get to me. I was very disappointed with the poor recruiting procedure as there was no correspondence from the hiring managers (after 2-3 emails). I hope there are more initiation by managers (touch-base) for future candidates.

Three weeks after submitting my application I received an email from the recruiter wanting to set up an interview for the following week. The interview had basic questions about myself, my experience and how I would handle stress along with balancing daily duties and such. Just under a week later i received another follow up email where the recruiter let me know that they have elected someone else.

Fast . 3 rounds of interviews in less then 2 weeks. Had 2 face to face meetings with and 1 phone call. They gave me a task to do where I had to identify why the budgets for each month differed. They gave me 15mins to do this task. This was not told to me by the recruiter so it caught me off guard.
