Rakuten rewards had 7 round of interview. It started of with phone interview. I completed 7 rounds and recruiter said she will be emailing me the offer letter on Monday. On Monday she calls and says I will have to go through another round and funny part the guy who interviewed me had not yet joined Rakuten. He said he has no clue about the company and he said he could answer any UX related questions. After that round they said I did not clear the round. By that time I had turned down the other two offers I had. They were very harsh and recruiter did not bother to answer my questions.
