Totally a waste of time and resources . Extended the process for over 40 days . 2 rounds of interview , both went very smooth . ,but got rejected. Either the interviewers are not clear with their requirment or some diversity problem is there as they expected me to learn Japanese language (which I responded positively) . Overall , A very horrible experience ,would recommend to avoid such firms for your peace of mind.

easy as usually, but could be more efficient, if you're an experienced developer, should be easy to pass, so basically you can try this before others, some of the interviewer are not professional
You have to read the book written by the CEO. Mostly put your experience to the successful pillars of the company value. Quite generally, Japanese styl,e and remember to talk out loud what you think to the interviewer.
