When interviewing it can be stressful, but what was nice is how friendly and open and honest they were about the job role and culture of the company and the expectations they described with me. I was fortunate to sync up with the president, CFO, Head of HR and Facilities as it helped solidified you perspectives and questions and obviously your decision once I was selected as there candidate.
