I applied online Sunday night, got rejected Monday morning, my reference sent their referral Monday afternoon, I received an interview email later that day. I interviewed later that week with two other junior air quality consultants who were very nice. I recently graduated undergrad, and this was for an entry level position. The interview, to me, went very well. I was rejected via email a week later and told by my references that there were multiple applicants with a # of years of experience and graduate degrees.
