Assessment Centre where you have group projects including group discussion and presentation, introduction to the company from staff clarifying values and working styles, and a one-on-one interview. The Interview process was very insightful and it offers the opportunity to network.

A few years ago now. Was referred by an existing employee who was a contact. Bypassed the assessment centre, straight to a technical interview with a director and engineer, and another with HR to finalise the job.

Decent not bad group exercise then some exams if you prepare well you’ll have a decent chance of getting an offer. Make sure you know everything about the company and come on time

Assessment centre included a team working exercise and a presentation on the topic followed by a 50 minute individual interview. Was a fun day overall with networking opportunities and company talks.
