I was interviewed by the SBU Head of the vertical where I was supposed to be working (I am working currently). It was a great experience, nothing like the interviews I have had before! I was impressed at the attitude of the interviewer and really liked the quality of interaction that we had. The interviewer was very polite and patient and rather than testing me and my knowledge, he was explaining the business processes at Ramco, industry structure, growth avenues and opportunities. At the end of the interaction, I was literally spellbound to witness such a senior person exhibiting such a level of humility and patience. I was sold and decided then that if I am extended an offer, this is where I want to be!

The interview process started on time and I did not have to wait. There was a panel consisting of technical and HR representatives(3 members). The panelists were warm and welcoming and listened to all the answers patiently. Overall the process was very comfortable and clean even though it was over video conference.
