there was a phone interview and the 2 live interviews. Live interviews were held on site during a live hiring event. The interviews were two thirty minute sessions. Due to a schedule change, one of my interviews was virtual.

“Tell me about a time you had to handle a high-pressure customer situation.”
AI and just overall weird. I took the test about 2 months ago and haven't heard anything. Then I saw on LinkedIn a Ramp recruiter viewed my page. Still couldn't be bothered to tell me if I passed the test (which I think I did) but they can't be bothered. This place kinda sucks. They have a CX manager on LinkedIn that says reach out to her because she's hiring for Customer Experience. When you send a message, she doesn't even reply back. Why say reach out when you don't acknowledge. The place just seems like a wack place to be and I don't hear good things about them anyways.
