warning: do not get your hopes up with this Company. I was super excited about this potential role. I had an outside recruiter contact me. They said my qualifications were great and I would be a great fit. They submitted me and it took almost two months to get a response that they were going to pass. No reason, etc. This company appears to operate in a paralysis by analysis mode. They couldn't even have a conversation with me? I am going to monitor who they hire and I bet money it will be someone who is a professional interview that hops jobs every 12-14 months and then they will be searching for people again. This experience is everything that is wrong for well qualified job seekers in today's market. Oh yeah, and I am currently employed with a fabulous run at my current employer so I don't need a job, but wanted a new challenge. I guess they are going to miss out.
