After I applied, was contacted by a member of the human resources team. She asked basic questions like "what are your strengths" and "what are your weaknesses". She also explained about the company making sure that the interviewee was very aware of the Christian principles that the company is founded upon. She asked if I would be comfortable participating in a standing prayer at the beginning (or maybe end) of office meetings. If you're not enthusiastic about that idea, don't bother applying. Culture fit is extremely important. If you pass the HR interview, then you have an interview with the "hiring manager". Don't be fooled. This person isn't as powerful as you might think. It was an easy (somewhat informal) interview and I was passed along to the higher-ups. Before the 3rd interview they send you a link to take a personality test. Don't worry. Just take the test. I don't think it factors in that much because my results seemed to match perfectly with the position responsibilities (I majored in Psychology), yet I was rejected. The 3rd interview was the most serious (formal) and it was with a group of Director-level managers. Their questions were more poignant and they were clearly sharp. Be prepared for this interview. This is where I failed. Not so much me, but the lack of experience. They pride themselves on hiring the "perfect people". Not that you have to be perfect, but that you should be a perfect fit. There seems to be no pressure to hire by a certain date. It's more about hiring to a certain quality. You either fit or don't.
