I had two interviews before they decided to go another direction. The first was more general with a HR rep. The second was a bit more detailed with the team leader. They are VERY through to say the least. If you are applying, expect multiple interviews over the phone and in person. The whole process is long, but it does a great job of filtering out the people that will be the best fit.
