Systematic approach, sequence of events & stepwise, all hiarchies take interviews. Did personality tests, written tests, Personal interview, Phone Interview, Refernce check was done from previuos company & superiors. Found the process quite interesting but sometimes what they promise they do not offer. There can be dissatisfaction.
