Good interview, good tour, good communication between director and a prompt orientation at Headquarters in Murrieta. Very good mentors on staff if you are a new graduate. Great benefits including a good vacation package. Opportunity to go into their residency program, bonuses every quarterly.

Phone interview describing the workings of the clinic. PTs take on 4 patients per hour and raises are based on productivity, which is pretty intense. I was interviewed by the head PT and clinic manager of the Riverside location. I was informed of there hours and was told I may have to float between the two clinics, the second one is a few miles away and has more worker's comp and work hardening patients.
