easy interview process took a few weeks to respond. interview process was one on one two step two supervisor interview. Great people to work with. Very excited to work there. The company itself the offer was not very exciting pretty standard offer for the industry. Offered medical benefits and 401k entry level. Hours are very decent if you go to school. Sometimes holiday bonus and overtime happens but depends on company performance.

Interview was more of a conversation with the manager really trying to get to know me vs typical interview questions. I really enjoyed the style as I had the opportunity to ask questions as well.

They take a long time to decide in the entire process,like they are a major corporation. Once you get an interview , you will interview with at least 5 people to get the job. And the finaal answer will come from 2 to 3 months after you interviewed

How do you get along with people? If you were asked that question, you might get in. They won't care about your degrees, or experience. This is the one question you need to not only answer right, but be true to it. When you say, I'm a "team player", you better be willing to do someone else's job, including the "favorite people in the department" or even your future boss.
