Only one in person interview with the manager and recruiter. They really focused on your past experiences, make sure you’re confident explaining each analytical technique you’ve mentioned on your cv. The recruiter also focused on your career gap, be confident to explain what you did during your gap and why that happened. Overall, it felt more like a catch up session than a formal interview - nice interviewers, quite informal.

The interview process was very simple. It was a zoom interview and very I was asked very basic questions.They asked me mostly about my thesis and what lab techniques I will be using.

Simple questions and attention to detail test There were 2 other applicants being interviewed, I got the impression that everyone was being made an offer as this was a mass recruitment.
