After a telephonic screening, two rounds were taken in the face to face interview. The interview was not taken with a coorporate company level but rather like a proper consultany's standard.

Was connected to the opportunity via a current employee referral. Had phone screen with the hiring manager, video calls with two Regional/Area VPs, and phone call with a corporate HR administrator. Was informed after these steps that the company had implemented a company-wide hiring freeze and could not move forward with my candidacy.
