First a phone interview, asking about why interested in the role, personal introduction, then meeting in person and have the typical get to know each other interview, after that I did two tests, one matrigma and a personality test. After that another interview with two managers.

3 step process. Two online and one face to face. Director, team lead and manager also brought on a walk of the floor to meet the team. Great environment and very welcoming
smooth and structured, there were 3 rounds in total and a psychometric test. the managers really spent time getting to know me and my professional aspiration, and explained the business model and the culture very thoroughly.
