1st-phone interview, than I was invited to their asssessment centre. It was a 7-steps assessment centre including group exercise, in-basket exercies, presentation and role play exercise. Besides group exercise I was on 121 basis with various HR people, all of them really friendly. Office and work culture seemend very nice, we all were served free lunch, all felt really comfortable. I failed since my profile didn't mach their requirements, however I was given a full info at the end of the process. I know the company isn't best when it comes to compensation, average salaries.

3 step process. Two online and one face to face. Director, team lead and manager also brought on a walk of the floor to meet the team. Great environment and very welcoming
smooth and structured, there were 3 rounds in total and a psychometric test. the managers really spent time getting to know me and my professional aspiration, and explained the business model and the culture very thoroughly.
