It's pretty simple. They are looking more for skills. Ofc experience matters but knowledge matters more. They will try to get to know you and try to figure out if you are a good fit for the team or not

Ik werd benaderd door een recruiter! Dus het was niet echt een procedure. Wel moest ik deelnemen aan een sessie, waarin ik beoordeeld werd. Daarbij waren verschillende directieleden, die bepaalden met welke groep zij door wilden. Dat werd door middel van een e-mail bevestigd. Het gaat om een freelance baan.
