Process has likely changed and will vary greatly... They asked about sales experience, behavioral, cultural.... Ask if you are willing to put hard work in at the start for great career later on. May ask about your experience with the specific area you are looking, Engineering, IT, Accounting... Fairly relaxed interview process, and there will likely be at least 2 people after the first interview (phone screen_)
