Ho presentato la mia candidatura di persona. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Randstad (Barcellona) nel mese di feb 2022

Phone screening and personal interview. After that I have to fill several forms and do an english test.
The problem was that they showed desorganization. Ater I filled the forms, I had several other people calling me to schedule new first interviews without noticing I've already been through one.

The questions were about my previous experience and in what king of industry I would like to work.
There were 3 phone interviews with 3 different people from the department I was being interviewed for-- met with the Sr. Recruiter for a pre-screen, then a Recruiting Director, and Area Recruiting Manager. All happened within 4 days of the week- they don't waste time!
