Quick, thorough and a good learning experience. Interviewers very people oriented balancing needs of the individual, the client and of course Randstad Sourceright. Interviewer was able to give a clear picture of a 'week in the life of a MSP consultant' and I was able to speak to someone in the same roll after the interview to truly test whether this would be a good fit for me (which I decided it wasn't).

2 interview rounds, one with the hiring manager and another one with the team + HR. The interview itself is more a conversation instead question/answer game. Next to the interviews there is also an assessment (personal assessment and verbal reasoning), not that difficult but good to prepare.
