There were 2 round one for Randstad and one for ING. Before you have an interview at ING they will check your background at least they will ask 3 close person opinion about you

1 phone screen followed by a HM video interview. Overall was fairly easy and quick. Though the onboarding process is quite lengthy and a pain. With all that said, interview process was smooth and easy.
