Initially interviewed for the Talent Advisor role with one of their clients! Rina, my recruiter was very thorough and knowledgeable about the role. She was able to provide quick feedback and was very prompt with updates throughout the process. I also met with the account manager, Ferrena. I had such a pleasant experience and interaction with her. She answered all my doubts and queries about the role and was very transparent with all the information ! Unfortunately, I had to decline the job offer due to personal reasons. However, Randstad will be a company that I will always recommend my friends to.

Interviews will take about 3 - 4 rounds, depending on the job level. Entire process is within one month to complete. Interview to offer, will take a while to revert but overall it’s smooth experience.
