Interview process was a positive experience. It included not only management, but peer interviews as well, which allowed me to meet some of the individuals I would be directly working and interacting with. The process required three separate interviews with peers, senior management and HR, but the plus side was that it spanned only two weeks.

The most unexpected question I was asked was during a follow-up phone interview with my Sr. Manager (after an in person interview) in which she explained that the company had been acquired by another...and asked if I still wanted to be part of her team/company. She was most gracious and sympathetic in her approach. I took the plunge and was able to remain there for two years prior to my position being eliminated.
