Approached via LinkedIn. Good experience. Phone screening with recruiter, explained overall position. Zoom/google interview with three superiors. Got offered the position few hours later. Pretty straight forward process. Interview questions are pretty standard.

Two interviews one virtual one with manager on site. I was asked about my previous experience and why interested in staffing. I was told about the standards of the position but not in depth regarding metrics, kpis, or performance requirements.
