I had a interview set up with Gabriel Capuchino on 7/30 at 1:30pm Pst. I arrived to the interview 10 mins early on Google meets. I stayed on the meeting call until 2pm and reached out multiple times to Gabriel Capuchino and no response I was completely ghosted and that is 100% unprofessional on his part and RandstadUSA

Horrible. Previously you spoke to a human being. Now they're using an AI model to vet candidates. Feels like you're a number, Your also never sure of what the job is too and who you're going to be working for. So how exactly does one prove themselves?

What are your salary expectations? How many years of experience do I have?
Friendly and concise, got back to me right away. Interviewer was a professional placer, they had no tech experience so it made the interview feel a bit easy because I had a lot of experience in the role I applied for.
Pretty straight forward - standard screening questions etc/ Then they hand you off to the hiring manager for second/third rounds. Thirty words here is not adding value - but I need access to this site so I will continue to add words
