Applied via Indeed, phone interview with recruiter, then video interview with Director. After both interviews went onsite to meet with team and do a facility tour. After tour job offer was made. Had to negotiate salary. They tried to lowball

The process was long. It took a pre screen, then a phone interview, then a skype interview, another phone interview then a face to face interview, and finally a decision was made.
