Pathetic experience, they offer same package as you are getting currently. When asked for more they say these exact words "tumhare jaise developers 10000 mein mil jaatr h". Really unprofessional behavior. Would recommend not to go to this company. Really arrogant behavior. Also forgot to specify one thing they have 2 years bond at such pathetic salary. And another thing was they asked too much personal things, why your dad is retired why he is not working. And similar question for each family member. They don't want software developers they want labor. Seriously offering 10000 to a software developers pathetic experience specifically when the expected and current package was conveyed multiple times
