Multiple steps interviewing process. You have a phone interview & multiple assessments step. They have you take a wonderlic exam which is typically an entrance exam for medical programs. Ridiculous for a job.

One initial Phone interview with basic questions about background, schooling, job history and desired shifts. They talked about what exactly they do. A follow up zoom call with hiring managers. Testing at the end. Very professional and productive.

Two phone calls and a couple video interviews. Interviewer was quite demanding considering this is just a customer service role. Not as flexible for hours because your days off change every month.
