I was very impressed by the personal touch in the recruiting process. I was sent detailed agendas for my multiple rounds of interviews with names and titles and details for getting to the office and checking in. Someone was always waiting in the lobby to greet me and shepherd me through the day. A step up from places that just leave you hanging out in the lobby.

Ghosted! Was reached out to on Linkedin, and was asked whether i'd like to hear more about an opportunity. Arranged a call, and this prospecting call turned more into an interview, being asked questions around my experience. I then got told i'd hear back, and have heard nothing. As a recruiter, you'd want to believe that others in your field respect candidate experience - on this occasion, this wasnt the case!
